Thinking of sharing your business with the hundreds of women attending the 2020 Undressed Women + Teen Conference?
Year after year, vendors have experienced great success at connecting with the ladies at our annual conference. Whether they were hoping to gain exposure, generate new leads or sell their products, entrepreneurs have found our conference to be a wise investment. That is why you will find many of our vendors returning each year!
For 2020, there will be two levels of vendor options...
TO BECOME A VENDOR OR SPONSOR

The form will be reviewed to identify duplicate or inappropriate vendor types.
Once approved, you will be invoiced via email for the total registration fees due.
Your registration will confirmed via email upon receipt of the full registration fees.

This FAQ page is provided to address commonly asked questions about being a sponsor or vendor for the Undressed Women + Teen Conference. Refer to this page regularly for the latest logistical updates, as this page will contain much of the information provided via email.
WHAT ARE THE SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN TIMES?
Vendor set-up and check-in times are scheduled for the times below.
Friday: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am to 9:00am
Early set-up will also be available on Thursday night from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. No late check-ins will be allowed, nor will a refund be issued.
You may begin to break down your vendor table upon dismissal of the attendees from the event. The events will end at approximately 9:30pm on Friday and 2:30pm on Saturday. Early breakdowns will result in being disallowed for future conferences.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?
Upon arriving at the church, please following these simple steps for a smooth unloading process:
Park your vehicle and come into the church to check-in at the front desk. Do not park in the fire lane, as this section is for active loading and unloading only.
After check-in, you will be shown to your table. The Vendor Coordinator will help you determine the best door to use for unloading your merchandise.
If necessary, move your vehicle to the appropriate location to unload your vehicle. Should you need help unloading, members of our men's ministry will be on-site to assist.
Once unloaded, please park your vehicle in the lot on the west side of the building. This will allow for ease of parking for our conference attendees.
ARE THERE GUIDELINES FOR THE GIVEAWAY?
Vendor and sponsor giveaways will be raffled throughout the conference on Friday and Saturday. For physical items, the giveaway should be provided to the Vendor Coordinator before the start of the conference (7:00pm Friday and 10:00am Saturday). We recommend that giveaways be directly related to your business and discourage random gift cards.
WHAT IS THE REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY?
Undressed Vendors may request a refund up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. Transfers may be made until to 72 hours before the event. All refunds will be issued less the transaction processing fees charged by our payment processor.
There will be no refunds or transfers for Undressed Sponsors after the first promotional post is made about the sponsor on the Undressed social media platforms.
